Mark has delivered thousands of presentations and now teaches the methods he developed across his career. His background spans journalism, consulting, finance, and public service.
He’s worked as a U.S. Senate legislative aide, reporter at The Tampa Bay Times, consultant at Booz Allen, head of Asia for DebtX, and content strategist at the Corporate Executive Board, where he led research and presentation training in financial services.
Mark holds a master’s in Public and Private Management from Yale and a bachelor’s from Tulane. He’s also a husband and father of three.
Chief Revenue Officer
Will is known for building high-performance commercial teams that translate strategy into measurable growth. He brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience to Oratium, helping clients strengthen sales execution and elevate the quality of executive-level conversations.
Prior to joining Oratium, Will spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles at Cisco, leading large sales and engineering organizations across enterprise and public sector markets. His background spans software, infrastructure, data, AI, and cybersecurity, with a focus on driving sustained growth in complex and competitive environments.
Will holds an MBA in Finance and completed executive education at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate of Business Administration and serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Sales and Marketing at the University of Mississippi. He and his wife are the parents of three grown children.
Managing Director
Michael has spent 20 years presenting best-practice research to senior executives in healthcare and corporate sectors. He previously spent over a decade at the Corporate Executive Board, advising 500+ clients—including more than half the Fortune 100—on strategy, change, and marketing.
He holds an MBA from UNC and a BA from the University of Georgia. Michael lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, two children, and a rotating cast of Basset Hounds.
Senior Director
JD helps business leaders communicate with impact—advising across sales, strategy, market insights, internal comms, and TED speaker coaching. His approach centers on deeply understanding each client’s business to apply Oratium’s methods effectively.
With 20+ years advising Fortune 500s globally—including three years based in Sydney, JD brings both business acumen and genuine enthusiasm to every engagement.
He and his wife Jennifer have shared a life of travel, adventure, and purpose—professionally and personally.
Senior Director
Sebastian advises executives on message design, drawing from a global career in strategy, finance, and social impact. He’s worked with Fortune 500s, startups, nonprofits, and governments—leading initiatives across sectors and continents.
He’s co-founder and U.S. President of the world’s largest environmental alliance of its kind and has held senior roles in consulting, international development, and corporate advisory. He began his career in tech with a global resources firm.
CFO & AI Coaching (A.R.C.) Developer
Sean has a Master’s degree in Accounting from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity Western University. Prior to joining Oratium, he worked in the nonprofit world for several years.
Outside of work, Sean is passionate about his faith, his family, and football (go Broncos!). He and his wife live in Montana with their three young children.
Senior Product Manager
Jerry Wall is the Senior Product Manager at Oratium. In this role, he oversees Oratium’s Product Management and Product Development functions, helping to design and refine products that will equip our customers to design and deliver world-class messaging.
Jerry has a Bachelor’s degree from Crown College and Master’s from Bethel Theological Seminary. At home he can be found mowing the grass, shoveling the driveway, or tucked into a good historical biography.
Tim founded Oratium in 2011. As CEO, he lead the ongoing development of Oratium’s intellectual property, as well as leading all major client relationships.
He is the author of two best-selling books, The Compelling Communicator: Mastering the Art and Science of Exceptional Presentation Design and Mastering the Moment: Perfecting the Skills and Processes of Exceptional Presentation Delivery.
